Creative Stuff that doesn't belong in one of the more specific categories

I am creating this post in the event that we have things to discuss that are, in general, about the creative aspects of the game we are building, and the creative direction of the company. Things like -- what engine should we build our games in and what we should do about having a completely original soundtrack for our first game, etc. etc. can go in here.
